Been doing laundry here off and on ever since they opened. Well maintained with a couple of tv's, arcade games and vending machines to pass the time waiting for the clothes to finish. Fluff & Fold service is also available. Free wifi

One of the Cleanest, Safest laundromats in Modesto!! Attendant is quiet, but there to lend a hand when I've needed it. There does tend to be a few interesting characters about! What can one expect, it's next to a smoke shop! LOL

One of my favorite laundry spots in town washers and dryers work well and is clean to my standards close to a place to eat and a smoke shop so you can get some food or something to drink while you wash i would recommend if you have a light load or a few weeks worth of clothes

It's big and never have to wait for a washer or dryer. Plenty of seating throughout and big tables to fold clothes. Several vending machines and wifi and has a fluff n fold service. Only place in town I do laundry.

Old machines but its done fast. And gets clothes really clean. You don't have to wait for a machine.And its very clean. Snacks and a few games which helps when you have kids with you. Lots of seating and food located walking distance.

Whenever we can't wash at home, we come here! Always clean, and lots of areas to sit and fold! Never spend more than an hour and half to 2 hours there! Also coin operated, but they have the change machine inside the laundromat!

Place is always well lit and very easy to see from the main road which is how I noticed it. It’s only a few blocks from my house which is very convenient, the machines are priced reasonably and the whole place was very clean. They even have a television, air conditioning, game machines and vending machines. Plenty of space and relatively quiet. Since moving to the area this is my new Go-To wash house.

We often go here to wash and dry our clothes because they have tons of washers and dryers. Some are big ones that can do one load in most of our dirty clothes. And also, they have a clean bathroom, coin exchanger machine, and vending machine and arcade to keep you occupied while waiting for your clothes to dry
